I work between two worlds — the stillness of watercolor and the physicality of clay. In both, I'm drawn to organic forms, quiet color, and the beauty of something shaped by hand. My practice is a conversation between intention and surrender.
The Process
How Each Piece Comes to Life

Observe
It starts with looking — at light, texture, the shapes in a landscape. I gather inspiration slowly, letting it settle before I begin.

Shape
Whether it's wet clay on the wheel or pigment on paper, the making is meditative. Each piece takes form through repetition and intuition.

Reveal
The final form always holds a surprise. A glaze breaks unexpectedly. A wash bleeds just right. The best work carries that element of discovery.
